    You can still heal from a childhood that you don't remember much about. The method will help you access what's happening NOW and piece this together with your past. The techniques will be just as effective for you, regardless of how much of your childhood you can recall.

  • How can you help me when you don't know what happened to me?

    I approach personal healing work from the perspective that YOU are the expert on yourself. The course will give you guidance and structure, but you will be applying it all to your individual experience. The content draws on psychology, childhood development theory, trauma therapy - as well my personal experience - to create a program that will help you more deeply understand and heal from YOUR childhood experiences.

  • How long does the course take to complete?

    The course takes around 10-12 hours to complete including all of the exercises, reflections and core material. It's been designed to be self-paced and not overwhelming! You can also re-do the course if you wish as you get lifetime access.
