I'm Sian Morgan-Crossley. A psychotherapist and mother of two from London. Much of my work has been shaped by my own childhood, one that appeared fine on the outside but felt disconnected, lonely, and dysfunctional on the inside.
Growing up with emotionally immature parents doesn’t stay in the past - it lives on in the way we think, feel about who we are, and connect with other people.
I wrote this book because I want people to stop feeling like something is wrong with them, and start giving themselves the care, encouragement, and security that their parents were unable to provide.
If you grew up with emotionally immature parents, you'll feel profoundly understood here - The Crappy Childhood Fairy
