Why I Created This System


I grew up with emotionally immature parents, and for years, I lived disconnected from myself.

I agonised over decisions. I chased approval. I kept quiet and stuck to the norms. My entire life was shaped by imagined judgement… 

Until I finally realised something life-changing:

I was my own best resource. I just had to learn to trust and hear myself again.

And when I did, everything opened...

  • I followed my intuition and built a business from scratch
  • I parented in a way that felt deeply right for me, not the way I was told I should
  • I set boundaries with my mother for the first time and created so much space for myself
  • I moved my family from the UK to Malaysia and created a new life


None of this would have been possible without self-connection.

As a psychotherapist, I’ve seen again and again how a hard childhood can fracture our relationship with ourselves. The self-criticism, the constant doubt, the fear of getting it wrong; it all piles up and makes life feel far harder than it needs to be.

So I created The Self-Connection System to give you the same inner foundation that I've now built.

The kind that makes you feel steady, confident, and capable no matter what you’re facing. 

This isn’t about self-focus.

The Modules

  • Modules 1-2

    In these opening modules, you’ll gently uncover how emotionally immature parenting may have pulled you away from your feelings, blurred your intuition, and interrupted the natural forming of your identity. Through evidence based guided reflective practices, you’ll start to work your way back to your original self - a practice that you'll build on during the course.

  • Modules 3-5

    Here, you’ll be guided back into a steady, compassionate relationship with your emotions, learning how to let them surface without letting them take over. Through the same somatic check-ins, grounding visualisations, and intuitive journaling prompts I use in my therapy sessions, you’ll uncover your emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational needs—and define what a self-connected life looks like for you.

  • Modules 6-8

    These modules help you rebuild trust in your intuition, teaching you how to recognise and follow your inner signals. We'll discuss how to connect with others without losing yourself. You'll also learn how to set and express boundaries with confidence so that you can stay rooted in yourself no matter who you’re with.

  • Modules 9-11

    In the final stage of your journey, you’ll create a living blueprint for lifelong self-connection. Through integration rituals, daily micro-practices, and guided 'stable self' meditations, you’ll consolidate everything you’ve learned into routines that feel nourishing and doable. You’ll leave the course not just understanding self-connection, but embodying it: feeling grounded, secure, and fully capable of maintaining an inner steadiness long after the course ends.
