Your 4-Week Psychotherapist-Led Healing Program:

Each week has a self-study component and a live group call with Sian in which you will be able to emotionally process the reality and impact of having a mother who couldn't love you in the way that you needed.

Week 1: Understanding Mother / Daughter Relationships

We begin by making the invisible visible. You’ll get clear on the dynamics you experienced with your mother as a child (and perhaps still today). You'll learn how your relationship with your mother is affecting your ability to connect with other people and love yourself.  

Week 2: Accepting and Grieving a Painful Maternal Relationship

The second week holds space for the complexity of your feelings about not having the mother that you needed. Through guided practices and reflection you’ll begin the process of grieving what you didn’t receive, and accepting how the relationship was (and is).


Week 3: Becoming Your Own Mother

This week, we learn the skill of self-mothering. You'll cultivate the capacity to nurture yourself, cope with your emotions, be more disciplined (without being self-critical), and meet your own needs. You will ultimately build a new internal blueprint rooted in safety and self-trust.

Week 4: Learning to Live Fully and Reconnect to Yourself

This final week invites integration, expansion and authenticity. You’ll set in motion a future that is truly yours. We will also put in place clear and strong strategies so you can maintain the progress you've made during the program.

I'm a Psychotherapist and mother of two, and I've spent the last few years successfully healing my own mother wound (after spending many years before that stuck in cycles of self-loathing, low confidence and self-doubt). 

I created the 'How to Heal Your Mother Wound' course in 2022 and since then 1000's of women have used the course to make sense of their relationship with their mother and move forward. Overcoming Your Mother Wound is based on the same tried and tested structure, but with the added input of me giving you my expertise each week during the live calls.
