Each week you have access to 45 minutes of live session with your therapist. The sessions are available as video, voice only or text chat. This is a perfect opportunity to get instant guidance and support.

MESSAGING 💻

In addition to communicating with your therapist through the worksheets and the live sessions, you can also send them a message with any questions or thoughts.

On top of therapy sessions and messages they also offer specially crafted worksheets, journal prompts, and activity plan and yoga and meditation videos.
